Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Sustainability Certifications

Property follows a brand or regulatory agency's sanitization guidelines We Care Clean (Best Western)

Cleanliness

Multiple reviews call the hotel 'clean', 'super clean' and note 'beautifully decorated and presented' rooms; overall cleanliness sentiment is strongly positive.

Service

Consistently praised staff (several mentions of Jose and Juan by name) described as 'very friendly', 'helpful', 'exceptional' and 'went above and beyond', supporting a very high service score.

Location

Repeatedly noted as 'perfect location', extremely close to the train station, walkable to the old town and attractions; location is a major positive across many reviews.

Room Quality

Mixed feedback: rooms described as 'very small', tiny bathrooms, shower with no door causing water to spread, and one report of a poorly placed oversized TV—room quality is weaker than other categories.

Amenities

Amenities include secure underground parking, AC (mostly good though one report of AC not working in April), balcony for some rooms and renovated rooms; overall positive but with some inconsistencies.

Convenient Amenities: Enjoy complimentary wireless internet access and a reception hall at Best Western Plus Hotel Carlton.

Dining Options: Indulge in snacks at the snack bar/deli and cocktails at the bar/lounge.
