Mixed comments: several guests said rooms and property were clean, but there are explicit complaints about ants, dead bugs, and areas not cleaned thoroughly, and one reviewer noted towels were hard/stiff.

Mixed service notes: multiple mentions of friendly/helpful staff and a named staffer (Sam) being dedicated, but other guests reported unfriendly or brusque interactions and issues around pet handling/fees.

Overall positive: several guests praised the convenient location and would recommend stopping there; location is repeatedly called convenient and suitable for travelers' needs.

Generally good: many guests reported comfortable beds, large rooms and clean accommodations, though some noted bathroom could use remodeling and an A/C unit needing repair plus noise issues and stiff towels.

Strong amenities: consistently praised free breakfast, brewed coffee, in-room coffee, parking and overall neat on-site features; one mention of an on-site restaurant (Charlie’s) being closed but breakfasts were highly rated.

Negative sentiment: several guests explicitly called the hotel overpriced or not worth the price and compared rates unfavorably to other hotels.
